Winter elopement in the snowy mountains of Glencoe, Scotland

M + S live in Hawaii but decided to elope in the snowy mountains of Glencoe, Scotland. M fell in love with our whimsical Swan wedding gown, and she looked absolutely stunning in our Swan rental dress, which fit her perfectly.

We touched up the rental Swan wedding dress to ensure it fit her flawlessly and then shipped it all the way to Hawaii. M + S decided to hold their intimate wedding ceremony in late February in Scotland. Their day was beautifully captured by Matt Pocknell Photography, who was both their photographer and videographer.

The morning began with them getting ready near the renowned Ben Nevis, where highland cows roamed the nearby fields. This was followed by their ceremony held deep within the mystical forests of Glencoe, where they stood upon soft layers of vibrant green moss.

M + S incorporated meaningful Scottish traditions into their ceremony, including hand fasting, drinking from the quaich, and jumping over the broom. Their unforgettable day concluded in the magical snowy valleys of Glen Etive and Glencoe, where they climbed to a nearby viewpoint to admire the sunset over the famous Three Sisters mountains.
